Delete Your Account

Enter your email address to request account deletion. We'll send you a confirmation link.

Signed up with Apple? Delete your account in the Kronly iPhone app (Settings → Delete Account) and confirm with Apple: Kronly then asks Apple to disconnect Kronly from your Apple ID. If you delete it another way, remove Kronly afterwards in your iPhone's Settings → [your name] → Sign in with Apple (on some iOS versions, under Sign-In & Security), or at account.apple.com → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple.

Signed up with Google? If your Google account uses a Gmail or Google Workspace address, enter it in the form below. Otherwise, delete the account in the Kronly app under Settings → Delete Account.

No email on your account? Delete it in the Kronly app under Settings → Delete Account. Can't receive mail at your account's address? Write to support@kronly.eu.
